Returning Goods & Requesting a Refund

We are happy for you to return an order, providing it is returned in its original condition. You dont need a reason to return, although if you changed your mind your refund will incur a 20% restocking fee. The majority of our products are aftermarket. Therefore, you should accept that fitting aftermarket parts may not always works as expected. We do our very best to describe each item in our store in as much detail as possible. It is impotant that you read these descriptions and if in doubt, to contact us. LED products can be sensitive to all things electrical, in particlar, canbus on-board computers. You should understand that standard LEDs may not function correctly if being used with canbus technology. Again, please ensure you read our product descriptions to be clear what is and what is not canbus error free.

We request that when returning goods:

1. You open an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) ticket here:
2. You use recorded delivery and retain proof of posting
2. You attach:
(a) The RMA identification number to the package. This can either be written clearly on the package.
(b)  A note explainng the reason for your return as well as the order number and your name, address and a contact phone number; and
3. You carefully package the goods – in the original packaging if still available.
4. Your above rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are not affected by any separate returns policy on our website.
