UK Delivery Information
For our purposes the UK includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
NEWS FLASH!
We now offer FREE POSTAGE on all our products that are destined for the UK. Any orders outside of the UK will be charged at our Standard Airmail rate.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you select the budget priced Royal Mail Standard you will
NOT have any way at all to track your order and we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to your delivery. Royal Mail also inform us that you should allow up to 14 working days for them to deliver an item that they have misplaced before contacting them about a lost package. We cannot give any warranty or insurance on deliveries shipped using this method so we suggest you only use with low cost small items. If you are unsure about any of this then we recommend you select the Royal Mail Recorded option where you can track your delivery and it is also insured.
Worldwide Delivery Information
We also delivery our range of products to our Worldwide customer base. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, no problem, just check your products into your cart as normal - click checkout and follow the payment instructions on our One Page Checkout page.

How will it be delivered?
All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by Royal Mail Standard*, Royal Mail Recorded or in some cases Special Delivery. Some items are shipped only by Special Delivery due to weight and value.
How long will it take to arrive?
If you place your order before 3pm you can usually expect to accept delivery by the next working day. All orders after 3pm will be shipped from Auto-Lites the following working day. If there is a delay for some reason we will post details of estimated delivery times and tracking information, all you need to do is simply login to Your Account.
How can I track my order?
Simply login to Your Account and select the order you wish to track and all tracking details and other notes will be available to you.
How do I get Free Delivery?
We have a policy of providing free delivery for UK orders only. If you are ordering from the UK please select
FREE SHIPPING STANDARD MAIL at the checkout page. * Although Standard Mail is usually reliable, we cannot be held responsible if for some reason there is a delay, damage or loss of your order. We recommend to insure your order by selecting the
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded option at checkout.
